Designs by Dykema began when Mary Dykema and her two daughters shared a dream of starting their own crafting business. In 2019, they launched their Etsy site, began participating in local vendor events, and most recently joined a shop in Paw Paw, Michigan called Creative Cove. Mary is the sister of our beloved meeces&co. creative artist, Sally Smits-Masten, who has been one of our most popular vendors for the past five years.
“We are so excited to participate in this year’s Art-Oberfest while visiting my sister and her family,” says Mary. The Dykema ladies’ creations include painted, sewn, knitted, and crocheted items. Mary will also be offering home decor, baby items, winter wear and much more.
Designs by Dykema will be accepting custom orders as well. Be sure to stop by the corner of Wrightsville Avenue and Nun Street to say hello and purchase some great items from Mary, Sally and Helen (the Irreverent Embroiderest!)
